My definition of self-growth is to be better everyday. Stay disciplined. And continually move the needle forward. As a coach, I am striving to build stronger and more functional human beings with warrior mentalities! Fall seven times, stand up eight.




I strive to make each client feel like they’ve gained something – a sense of feeling joy, happiness, stronger, confident and being more positive. Overall, my job is to make their day better and if I’ve done that, I believe I’ve done my job.




I work to develop more tailored personalized programming for my clients. Through my education I have found a channel to spread my training and knowledge of fitness to my clients. My goal is to inspire people to live a more fulfilling and impactful life through fitness.




Eric Zeng



My name is Eric Zeng. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 9+ years now. Prior to that I had been working in the service industry for many years and I was just finding that it wasn’t my calling; I felt that I was missing something. Which led me to bounce around from job to job, until I stumbled upon personal training and coaching. In 2011 I was offered a job at Globo gym and this has forever changed my life. I had always been passionate about training myself, from martial arts to body building to functional training, which led me to soon realize the impact I could make as a coach.

As a coach, I strongly believe in continuing and evolving with the fitness industries’ education and I take great pride in knowing that I am able to share the most effective training methods.

Ever since I was young, I always knew that I wanted to help others in any way that I could. Through fitness, I believe that I have found the best way for me to impact and empower my community.

I have been training with Eric for 5 years now and can definitely say that it has made a huge difference in my wellbeing. I am no spring chicken, but I am arthritis free. I am way stronger, have more endurance and energy, am better coordinated and have better balance and flexibility than I have had in a very long time. He knows just how hard to push me to continuously improve. I am a better person and in better health thanks to Eric’s training.

My name is Jessica. I started working with Eric a year and a half ago. I have been involved with sport since I was 9 years old. I've played ice hockey, basketball and until recently, I was also kickboxing. I started working with Eric to workout and grow as an athlete through a different kind of training. Eric challenges me in ways I didn't even know was possible. However, through our training, I have grown stronger and faster and was even able to rehab a partial tear in my rotator cuff with him. Eric is a very understanding trainer who not only works on your strengths but finds ways to challenge them as well. It's not only about lifting and machines but it's all about function. In my opinion, function is important. I have yet to plateau in my workouts with him. Every workout is different and challenging. When I leave my workout, I always feel proud of what I accomplished that day.

Hi, my name is Julia Wilson, I’m 16 years old and I have played competitive Ringette throughout my whole life. Sports has always been a big part of my life, and I’ve quickly learned to balance all my responsibilities (sports, school, work, etc.). It’s been a great journey so far, even throughout all the injuries, and stress, Eric has helped me not only build my physical strength, but also my mental toughness. I started training with Eric because I wanted to build more strength, muscle, quickness and stability, to be able to perform better on the ice. But Eric has taught me so much more than all that. We have now been training for 2 and a half years! Eric has pushed me to be the best athlete I can be and has taught me so much. What I like most about training with Eric is that every session, we do something different. Whether it’s working on stability, lifting, boxing, gymnastics, quickness, stretching & taking care of my body, even helping me on changing my diet! Every day is a new day to learn and grow. I’ve been so fortunate to train with Eric, and it has been a hell of a journey. So, thank you for everything, and helping me be the person I am today 😊

What started as a 12 weeks program to kick start my goal to finally get in shape, turned out to be so much more. Eric is the reason I reached my goal and a vital part of my ongoing success. His energy and consistent encouragement keeps me motivated to finish every new and challenging workouts he comes up with.

Hi, my name is Ewan Lawrence I'm 27 years old and I have cerebral palsy. It means that I have muscle tightness all through my body and I have mobility issues. Especially with my legs. Working with Eric has been awesome! He's really good at modifying workouts and being positive when I need the encouragement to keep going. He's super knowledgeable and constantly learning and improving his knowledge base so he can help his clients. I find that working with him has done wonders for my balance and strength and I'm looking forward to working with him more in the future!

My name is Justin and I have been training with Eric for almost 2 years now. I have been involved with lifting seriously for about 5 years, starting with powerlifting. With powerlifting, I found it never truly challenged me in an enjoyable way. I started training with Eric looking for a new challenge, in Olympic style weightlifting. Eric helps push me in new and challenging ways. It’s not just about lifting heavier, but he also works in a lot of mobility, speed, and endurance training. Eric is constantly watching my form, making sure to push me to the next level, while still keeping me safe. He’s helped me grow a lot as an athlete and I look forward to continuing my journey with him.

Four months ago, I started to box with Eric. It is amazing cardio and I love the art and science that goes into landing a powerful punch. Eric has extensive background and passion for the sport and has been a great teacher. He is so encouraging and positive and challenges me to push a little harder. In the hour that I train with Eric, I forget about everything else and my focus is completely with what we’re doing in the moment. Nothing beats the sound of hearing my gloves connect! Eric is attentive to injury prevention and has great insight with addressing anything that might be feeling off. I look forward to our weekly workouts and feel fantastic afterwards.
